Ti3 Consulting came in as part of the large-scale transformation program team, providing BA consultancy services and were responsible for designing a Target Operating Model (TOM) with better ways of working. They played a pivotal role in:
• Consolidating 20 diverse practices and introducing end-to-end standard processes; resulted in significant cost savings, and operational efficiencies.
• Successfully introducing number of CAFM Front-Office applications, and ensuring their seamless Integration with back-office ERP.
• Enabling the data migration of circa 1M records from over 20 sources, which required considerable work to bring data to a state which could be used effectively. All of this in a short span of 14 months.
